I am finally emotionally ready and committed to sleep training my 4.5 month old. I prepped what I need, ironed out the schedule, made a plan with my partner.

BAM. A virus. Two weeks of congested, snotty, coughing hell.

Finally get over that and ready to tackle this thing and...OH WHAT'S THAT?!

No advice needed, simply needed to scream into the void.

When I visit a freshly postpartum mom, I tend to bring a meal, a baby gift item and a self care item for mom.

I am getting bored with some of my go to self care ideas so I am bringing it to reddit.

What self care items would you find useful/fun after having a baby?!
