My ex-wife recently asked for a child support modification, but at the same time she doesn’t really follow the visitation schedule and is constantly verbally attacking and bashing me.
I’m honestly getting to the point where I feel like giving up. The constant conflict is exhausting, and I get bad anxiety just thinking about having to deal with the situation.

Has anyone dealt with something similar? Am I basically just paddling up the creek until my kids are grown, or is there actually something I can do to protect myself and make sure the visitation schedule is being followed?
