Does Unisa free therapy for students work online?
How does it work? Is it only in person? Can it work via teams? Those who tried it before how was the experience? How long did it take before a slot was available?

Hit me up let's get started ASAP. Exam is 3 months there's no time.
I owe Unisa close R25k, I have not seen my transcripts ever since I started. Which is last year. I have progressed so I can assume because I passed prerequisite courses I don't which ones. I am about to be homeless soon. I only registered because the software engineering market has been tough it still is. I didn't want all these years unemployed to be wasted, I am doing projects but they don't make me to afford rent. Since I will leaving on the streets soon I think I am likely to fail.
As it stands even if I deregister I will still owe the same money.
Should I deregister?
Where do they stop and how much? Have they improved since before they completely closed down in 2020?
Is forgiveness only releasing the emotional weight of the hurt? How exactly does one get to that point? What practical steps can be taken to actually get to that point? Does convincing yourself that you let go even if you still so much emotions and can't really let it go because the mind keeps fixating count as progress? What is the point? I followed the idea that it is for self and entertained in thought for a while, but what if even with attempts you still fail? Is it possible that there people who just can't forgive?
Those that have successfully forgiven, do you get triggers? If you do forgive, how do manage to not feel the extreme emotions again?
Does it count as part of forgiveness if you completely cut the person and refuse to ever interact with them, even if you understand and have put yourself in their shoes?
How long did it take for you forgive a person? (Even yourself)
Can full forgiveness, completely be achieved in this lifetime?
I don't think I have ever forgiven anyone, I try but I still feel and remember everything. I see things from their perspective, humanise the people in my mind and even be cordial if I absolutely need. But I just have in my mind that whatever happened and I always take it into account. I used to care about revenge a lot and I didn't even care if it was known that I did it. It was just for me to feel that revenge occurred, it didn't matter after how long. Even after revenge I would still struggle to fully forgive. Now I don't care much about revenge but forgiveness is a tough one.
If it was possible for humans to not need others I would have cut off everyone that I am not able to forgive. But we all need other humans in life and it takes time for me to transition a person from stranger to fellow or whatever role the person plays in my life. I am out here caring for people and about people I hold old grudges for. I know it will always happen because it is impossible for anyone to have people they never need to forgive. I mean eventually even new people will do something that needs forgiving. Besides it is time consuming to get to know new fellows.
I am tired of keeping on, carrying on and pushing on.
At some point when you keep living to see another day you wonder why? But live to see another day, what is so important or special about this next day. What is so special about this the next week, months, years or the remaining life time? Especially if there is no evidence that it will get better. Holding on seems and like awaiting tougher conditions to keep going, only to keep testing the bounds of hope. Only go past the optimist in you who died a while ago, who stays hanging by ventilators that are of battery.
Why do we need to be alive? Why does it seem that the body made to fight to stay alive?
I write this today not seeing the point of it all anymore, no strength to keep doing my part and no hope that it will get better in this life time. And even if does, all bad experiences that await do not seem worth the wait and effort for whatever 'better' entails.
I have no faith in god( there is no redeeming it so don't even try) and I am gradually losing hope in humanity, and losing belief in my capabilities and contributions to society. Is withnessing the 'it gets better' worth this current season and all the bigger struggles that comes after better has become the new norm. The net experience...is it worth it?
Cutting loses seems bright...it seems winners never entered this race to begin with. It's always losers that to stop...at some point.
If you have no experience of doing this and have confidence you'd do it well. How do you join? Is there someone who knows how to start? Please share information.
