Bought a home recently and finding evidence of termites, looking for local companies

We bought a single wide trailer recently and I’m finding frass with wings, and small dark spots that look like the beginning of mud tubes. We had Finley inspect before hand and they said there was nothing happening, I don’t know if I fully believe that. Is there a company you would suggest? What can I expect for treatment? Do these places do payment plans if renting is necessary?

Edit: if you personally used one of these companies I would love to hear what your situation was when you called and how everything played out I think I’d feel less panicky if I had an idea of what to expect!

How can I find these copper finned prongs for a dryer timer

The two closest to the edge had arced and were stuck together causing the dryer to run without heat. I separated them, filed them a bit and cleaned them, but I assume this will be a temporary fix. The new timer costs half of what we paid for the dryer. At their base they seem to be clipped in place into the plastic housing. I want to replace the two troublemakers, but I don’t know how to find the right thing.
