Since a month a had a problem in my ssd which I can't open the files on it, I can only see the folder and when I try to open it shows "a device which doesn't exist was specified".

I tried so many ways to fix it and failed, when opening Bios it shows normally and when start-up the laptop it shows also but I can't access them.

One of the things that happen is when I go to disk management and use the action -rescan- it disappears!

Before that it shows normal and healthy but after rescan it disappears.

I have the same SSD for a year and few months, thats the first time it happens.

Any Solutions??

*Laptop model is Asus TUF F15

*SSD is Kingston nvme2 1tb

When I restart or shutdown my laptop it takes long time to shutdown, while the fans keep working loud like its processing something, it takes about 5-6 minute to shutdown or restart.

Additionally, when I put device to sleep it doesn't do, the thing that happen is similar to when I tried to shutdown (black screen and high frequent fans).

I tried so many ways in how to fix it like editing the power plan and other things but didn't solve it.

Any suggested solution??
