How to put a house up for auction in FL (Saint Petersburg)?

My gf and her siblings inherited a property from a late relative. They all live in the Chicago area and Missouri. The property has been vacant for some time and has evidence of rats/mice. There real estate agent said they have an interested buyer who will buy as is. He made an original offer that was agreeable for the beneficiaries. However, he retracted and offered a much lower price after seeing the property in person.

My thoughts were, if they put the property up for auction with a starting bid as the offer, they could get more eyes on the property and possibly get more. Is this a good idea? If so, how would one go about setting this up?

Does anyone have recommendations for a "click-tech" tool belt?

Im a second year electrician apprentice, and after some trial and error I'm starting to see what works best for me. I currently use the Tough built small electrician pouch - smaller that the journey man, and master electrician version of that pouch. I use the Milwaukee pack out back pack as my main carrying method. I do plan on upgrading to a Veto at some point, but that's another story. The small electricians pouch is fine. However, fully loaded it's more than I need for most of my tasks as an apprentice. My goal is to have a small pouch, that can fit 3-4 hand tools(lineman, dykes, 2 screwdrivers, channel locks). And keep a larger pouch/tote near by for those times I do need "that" larger/smaller specialty tool. I was thinking I would stay with Tough Built, but it seems there products I'm interested in, are no longer available. Can anyone offer any recommendations?

Where to buy a new ceramic bowl for my Crock Pot?

My dumb ass dropped a measuring cup from the top cabinet shelf into my empty crockpot and it created a nice hairline crack through the ceramic bowl. I've already replaced it ($50) as I needed it today. However If I could find a replacement bowl-only, I'd have to slow cookers! It's the basic Crock-Pot 7qt oval shaped. I've found some on Amazon for the same price as the hole slow cooker unit. Is there a parts/replacement supplier where I can get the ceramic bowl for cheaper ?

What stud finder do you use?

I'm starting my second year as an apprentice and I think getting a stud finder might be next in my growing arsenal of tools. I do commerical work. "Mostly" drywall (sometime concrete in basements), on a solid mix of metal and wood studs. Most of the journeyman I work with use one of the cheaper zicron models (not sure which one off the top of my head). I could go that route, but I think I'm comfortable spending up to $60 right now. Is it worth it to spend a little more or go just go with the cheap one? Or, should I hold of until I can afford a higher priced one? Suggestions are appreciated :)

Came home from work with those... I'll be going back on Monday with these...

The right are my tried and true AR barefoot in Houston Green (just got home form work). The left are my new AR barefoot composite toe in fudge. I love my houston greens and plan on using them for hiking and/or a backup work boot. After almost 2 years the're still in great condition (just need a good cleaning). I got the new pair for the composite toe used for work related stuff. I'm happy to report my toe movement/space is just as good as my non composite version. I'm pretty sure I'm a customer for life now. If anyone is curious, I'm an electrician. I spent most my days on ladders, and some in the trenches.

Any idea when the AR barefoot with composite toe will be abailable(US size 12)?

I LOVE my pair of houston green AR. I'd like to get the composite toe version. I see them listed on the website, but they've been unavailable for sometime. I ordered the Razorback to try them out. However I think I've grown too used the the flexibility of the barefoot. I'm wiling to try the regular ar composite toe, ideally in Fudge, but I've noticed those are unavailable as well. I'm only reaching out here because my current pair needs new soles and they turn around time for that around here is about a month and I won't have any boots for that time.
