What do I do with my RadCity 4?

I have a RadCity 4 that's pretty old but not crazy old (2018/2019)... it probably just needs tires from age, but otherwise treated well. The battery is one of the recalled ones. I live in NJ with the stupid registration law coming up and in concerned about the battery. I'm also moving to a place where I can actually ride the thing in a month though less ability to store it as it will be a second story garden apartment.

I don't want to keep the battery around but haven't been able to figure out where TF to dispose of it since hazardous waste is a pain to deal with in my (current) county. I like the bike but I don't know if I should sell the whole thing and buy a new better UL listed bike or if I should get rid of the battery and use it as a pedal bike until I can afford a battery? I also feel morally wrong selling the bike with a recalled battery.

I finally hit 100k in retirement accounts. This isn't net worth and doesn't include cash/checking/savings/debt. I had a Goal to reach 100k by 30 and I did it.

My next goal is a house by 35 and therefore the cash required to do that, which is probably also 100k if you include efund. Onto the NEXT race to 100k!
