VR04s are awful
Gonna start this off by saying I have owned the Emax transporters (I use the screen on the bench.),VR03s, Vr02 and my daily driver is the skyzone 04x, while I prefer my skyzones I have never minded box goggles; and was debating getting the HDzero box pros.
The meteor 75p1 is snappy, but you can notice the difference if you fly both systems back to back, it flys like a meteor and I love it; no complaints with the quad.
I love the p1 system and the visuals are super good and I don’t notice the latency; the connection to bind is super simple and the menus are easy to navigate. The price is awesome and I honestly think it will be a great introductory system to digital FPV.
Now for the negatives, the goggles are painful on the face, the light leak is awful, worse than any other box goggles have owned or used. The rubber nose piece obstructs view and is painful on my nose; and my nose is average. The weight is noticeable and doesn’t sit comfortably.
My analogy for the whole thing is it’s like chocolate, you are super excited to eat it and then you find out it’s bakers chocolate.
Wait for a VRX or an alternative goggle to release, I also would avoid getting them as an intro analog goggle. Go with something nicer, even the VR03s fit better and felt better.
