I currently have e1 robin, and I don’t use her as much because of her energy issues. Is it better to get her lightcone or e2 to solve her ult uptime? I have two golden companion spirits, and I am able to get her lc from the shop.

As a strong laner, Lucian scales hard with early ad. Usually I can do my first back and buy two long swords, but not enough for sheen. Is buying a third long sword worth it for the extra ad and fighting power? Or is it not worth it to delay sheen and ER by a bit.
