Massive DMC Notices, How Worried Should I Be?

I had my teen niece over for a few days, and I woke up this morning with over a dozen DMCA notices in my inbox. Turns out, she torrented an entire TV series overnight. I called Security Assistance and they said my account is fine, but given the number of files, I'm expecting more over the next few hours. And "fine now" does not guarantee "we have processed this and determined there's no problem".

How worried should I be about suspension/termination? I work from home and need the internet from my job, and I don't want her stupidity to mess up my life.

I can not see user history from people that comment on the sub

With the private profiles, mods are supposed to be able to see all the user history when someone interacts with our sub. However, when people only comment and don't post, all their history outside our sub is still unavailable. This makes it impossible to know of a user is a serial offender and needs to be banned, or if they're part of the greater community and saying something out of line and just needs a reprimand.

We were told users profiles wouldn't be private when they used our sub, so we could check on them. This is a violation of that promise.
