I’m new to this house and the previous owners put carpet on the front steps. CARPET. It rains here often, and the muck that the carpet collected made the steps super slick, a safety hazard. A biohazard, even, with the organisms that started growing on it. I’ve tried multiple products, but the best tool thus far has been a razor blade scraper.

There must be a special place in hell for people who do this. I’ll be scraping the glue off until 2027.
