If Power Level 100 = Light Speed, how strong are current DBS characters compared to other anime?
In Dragon Ball, there's a scene in the original series where Goku picks up Master Roshi's sunglasses right after Tien uses the Solar Flare (Taiyoken). Goku moves and acts before the blinding light reaches his eyes, which means he needs to move at (or faster than) light speed at that moment.
So, if we take Power Level 100 = Lightspeed as the baseline, how insanely strong/fast would current Dragon Ball Super characters be? (Especially Goku, Vegeta, Beerus, Jiren, etc. in their top forms?
Additionally, let's say Vegeta's Forced Spirit Fission (the technique that separates fused beings, undoes absorptions, and rips out foreign spirit/ki energy) can be used on any "cheat character" from other verses as long as they fulfill the conditions (e.g., they are fused, have absorbed other beings/souls, or have mixed foreign energy/ki in their body). How broken would that make Vegeta (or DBS top tiers) in cross-verse matchups?
