Hi all, I was wondering what canned fish you guys buy for your baby? They all seem to have added sodium (except the Brunswick no added salt sardines). The Coles tuna and salmon have about 250mg sodium per 100g. Is this okay in small amounts or would you avoid? TIA :)

My EBF 5 month old still has one feed overnight, but I'd love to finally sleep through the night. Just wondering when I should start weaning the night feeds? Her growth has been good, and no other issues. When did everyone else do it? Or will they self wean?
