I am literally confused...

I am a recent graduate in EEE. I am a average student and I don't have any knowledge or skills to get into job immediately.

So I want to learn and completely focus on that technology or field.

Please suggest me guyss in which route I should go and why?? What should I do??

A biggg question mark regarding Full stack web development/Application development/Software development engineer what the heck idk how many names are there for this role.

Only thing I have is a NPTEL certificate in Programming in Java🥺🥺😭😭😭😭

Please help me choose a career path guyss

Hello Everyone!!

My decisions costed me 3,75,000/- Rupees. It might be a small amount for some people but for me and my family that amount is huge. My parents are great even if I say that I wasted their money they will get anger but again they are ready to spend the same amount on me.

I was in my BTech final year 7th semester, in our 8th semester we have to go outside and do some interships/training. Me along with my friends we have decided to goto Art of living to complete our intership in 2 months. Internship completes in 2 months and I will have extra 4-5 months to complete my BTech so I thought after doing intership at artof living with my friends I can go for coaching.

I told to my father about my plans, he is the person who encouraged me blindly without even thinking about weather his decisions are right or wrong. So as planned I was searching for coaching/training institutes and I found Bostan Institute of Analytics (BIA), Bangalore. I had very long discussion with their respective and I decided it is waste of money 1.25 lakhs for a training institute and I blocked him but only one thing that attracted me is their 2 years placement assistance this made me think about that institute in my entire 7th semester. 7th semester also completed. We went to art of living as planned my father took loan and sent me to Bangalore I spent around 50k in Bangalore for completion of my internship in art of living. By the way Art of living is the best organisation and me along with my friends we had great time there. While we are in intership this BIA reached out to me with different number and spoke to me and they finally convinced me to join their institute. My around me, my friends, my mom everyone said don't join by paying that much of amount but I didn't listen to anyone even my father never said no to me Because he is not affordable for paying 1.25lakhs amount and paying for my pg rents but he accepted my decision and have me all amount to pay instantly only thing he asked me is if u get job then go for it. I believed BIA and I fell for their marketing.

1st thing I am a dumb everyone said to 1st visit their institute and get some information about them but I didn't do that arrogance was at its peak to me. I just believed their mails and their false students list who got placed in MNCs.

I went to my 1st class and there they gave me reality check, institute is real but I thought we will have classes every day but we have classes only on Saturday and Sunday. I thought okay I got time so I can learn more but now the main twist came after 2 minutes of 1st twist that is there is no placement assistance in that institution. It's all fake no got placed from BIA. That day I lost all my interest with their betrayal because I told them in my 1st day only when we spoke my family cannot afford that much of fee but if I get placed in a MNC then only I will join please be genuine I asked him like that way he absolutely lied to me even after knowing about my family condition.

I stayed with the hope that atleast I will work hard and go to walkin interview and get placed, I spent 5 months here I didn't learn anything I have zero knowledge daily all these 5 months I wasted all my time and now I am going back to my home. My parents still welcomes me with smile.

But they don't know all these they are thinking that IT has become tough that's why he is not getting a job. They are asking me to focus on government jobs and we will spend money for ur training that much humble and lovable parents I have.

Now took a decision just listen to my parents and do whatever they say me to do.

Finally I wanna say that don't join Bostan Institute of Analytics (BIA), Bangalore. Waste all the money their courses not even equal to 1 rupees. They are no resources, there is no placement assistance, there don't have regular classes, all classes on weekends only.

Going home by loosing all hopes in my life I don't have guts to say truth to my parents. My entire btech fee is 4lakhs but my expenditure in just 5 months is 3,75,000/- rupees. The cost of wrong decisions....

I hope people who read this please try to avoid such huge fee taking institutions.

Let me know can I take any legal action against them not for refund but to case on their false marketing.
