I listened to drake early in his career but can’t remember the last album or song I’ve played by him. This isn’t a drake hate post either by the way. I’m just interested to see what Genre everyone places drake in. I’ve never really seen him as a hip hop artist. Sure he raps, but the music he makes is more Pop than anything (imo)

Artist here 🤝 I’ve been on YT for awhile now. More seriously in about the last three 4 years and let me just say, it’s been a grind. I worked from about 60 subs to around 1,080 current just off of self promotion, good music and some marketing (behind the music)
My question is, has anybody else grown a music YT channel (outside of things like google ads) successfully? And if so, could you offer any tips?
