Tax savvy accountancy?

Like most I have a Ltd company and only take on Outside IR35 work, other defined works that I've won.

Can anyone recommend tax savvy accountants who work with you to minimise the tax liability versus accountants who say "your deadline is near, send me your receipts"?

Tax savvy / tax efficiency. In my youth I might have accused others as tax avoidance. Whatever it's called, so long as it's legal.

Thanks.

What does Andy Burnham stand for - what are his policies and how are they different to Keir Starmer?

Everyone is talking about Andy Burnham's succession (coup d'état) but what does he stand for? Not general things like "Andy's a good leader". Specifics like:

- Where is he on HS2? Does he want to reinstate it in full?

- Where is he on infrastructure builds outside of the M25/London border?

- Where is he on a raft of other issues?

Or is Andy just the same as Keir but in jeans?

Bolivia maintains their coastline - how are things different today?

Bolivia used to be a coastal country with a Navy until a war with Chile changed that.

Today Bolivia still maintains a symbolic Navy despite being landlocked.

If they managed to keep their coastline how different would Bolivia be today?

Do the Klingons have hospital ships? Science vessels? Do they have Klingon scientists and therapists? How do they make progress as a society?

Klingons are obviously an advanced civilisation. They have warp capability and other advancements.

Where do they sit on societal aspects like science and discovery and other aspects of life which doesn't involve wishing to die in battle?

I don't believe that's Guru Nanak Dev Ji's hand print in Panja Sahib and to be brutally honest I feel terrible for questioning it

Growing up in and around Sikhi I was constantly told our Guru Ji's were not God. They're mortal beings like you and me.

The rationale person inside of finds it really hard to believe that Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji stopped a boulder with his bare hands.

And I feel terrible for questioning the legend - but I am grateful and humbled that Sikhi allows me to do this. After all that is what Sikhi is - we are all students, learning.

So what's your take on this? Is it proof of devine intervention perhaps by Waheguru, protecting his son Guru Nanak Dev Ji?

What are your thoughts on me questioning this - am I right or wrong to?

[Meta] /r/DebateReligion may as well be renamed to /r/DebateAbrahamicReligions

Christians (32%), Muslims (23%) and Jews (0.2%) make up approximately 55% of all religions.

Yet they dominate topics in this sub reddit.

There's an entire 45% that gets an unequal representation here.

Everyone seemingly wants to debate the teachings of Jesus, Muhammad and Moses.

Ironically when you remove the fat and trim it down to its bare essentials, all three prophets preach a similar message of God.

What's far more interesting is understanding counter views that aren't rooted in Abrahamic believes. That is to say the rest of the 45% that gets unmentioned.

How did Picard go from commanding a rickety ship The Stargazer to commanding the fleet flagship The Enterprise?

It appears to be a massive jump going from The Stargazer, an obscure ship falling apart at the seams to a high tech flagship luxury cruise liner The Enterprise.

How did that happen?

They say if you want to get rich, you need to work for yourself. Sometimes it's true. Sometimes it's not.

I'm wondering how many here are contracting through their Ltd company as a contractor-consultant?

How is that working out for you versus being employed in an organisation?
