I have 3 cardless new accounts show up on my credit report. One when the switch happened, one a month ago and now a new one last week making my credit score fluctuate. Anyone else experience this? I have the palladium and that’s it. Not authorized user or other card
Found about 5-10 of these tonight in the kitchen. I have had a few kick outs over the last year that I have foam treated and haven’t had anymore since, also treated the perimeter with Taurus SC recently to be safe. Should I be worried about finding this amount in the house?

Was curious to see if anyone had insight on using a promissory note for private lending. Are there specific things other than the basics of loan generation that need to be included? How well would one hold up in court if borrower was to default? I understand it’s basically an IOU contract but are there things I can include to make it more valid?
