So I recently moved to bangalore, already applied for nee gas connection at bharat gas. No update on that. The agency said no new gas connections are happening. Where do I get one from. I’m near hoodi metro station. Any leads?

I’m about to sign a rent agreement for 1 bhk and saw the below clause
“That the First Party has handed over the said property in a freshly painted condition to the Second Party on rent. At the time of vacating the premises, the Second Party shall pay the First Party one month’s rent towards painting and upkeep of the premises.”
Is this common?
