Question for all.

So, obviously r/Cork is not really the appropriate place to discuss this BUT I am in the community and I value what my neighbours have to say.

I am dating someone new, I'm divorced a good few years, kids, all that. Life is good, make a comfortable living, by no means wealthy.

Here's the question. At what stage of dating would you feel appropriate to tell them you have had addiction issues and still take medication to manage said addiction. I'm not going into specifics of what it is, etc, but it's not alcohol.

Thank you for your opinions. I'm wracked with nerves about it. Like, is it even fair for me to put them in that situation in the first place? I don't want to lie, I'm an open book.

Thanks.

Flowers on first date?

Lads - it's been a while on the dating scene, like decades. Do we still buy flowers on first dates or is that awkward?
Appreciate it.

Hey all, wondering if anyone has good ideas or events they know of going on this weekend around the town and city? Family friendly preferably.

Was hoping to find a car show locally for the kids but can't find one, they are at that age.

Any ideas would be really welcomed.
