my husband was scammed of $500 from a telegram “trading/investment” account and they still requested for more.

Someone just scammed my husband of $500 through telegram. It’s one of those quick trade/investment kind of scam and they’ll send a fake screenshot that they’ve transferred a big amount back to the victim’s account. My husband understood he made a mistake and requested his money back, but the scammer doubled down and told him to transfer more instead 😭. Sadly, making a police report doesn’t really help get back the money since it was an online transaction.

The scammer's "main" telegram account is @/ weijie86 and either him or one of his lackey tried to contact again through a different account. The other telegram account is @/zzza658 and they have their number, +60 11-6496 9579 (may be a burner number but not sure?)

I really feel upset on my husband’s behalf and most likely they’ve already scammed many others too 😡.

ULPT Request: Possible to give a scammer’s number so they’ll get spam/junk?

It may be possible it’s a burner number but would like to know if there’s such thing to give out that scammer’s number so they may receive a lot of messages/calls? I really feel upset on my husband’s behalf and most likely they’ve already scammed many others too 😡.

Reset my laptop but now it kept showing “Preparing” after many hours

I wanted to giveaway my old laptop to a relative since I don't use it anymore. I've reset to removing my whole files. After it does all that, when switching it on, it kept showing the Acer logo and rotating between the loading wheel to blank screen and
"Preparing" (the first 3 images).

This has been going on since 9pm and had left it as it is the whole night. Since I didn't left it charged, it shutdown from low battery. Currently charging it the next day, but the screen still shows the same thing after switching it back on. How do I fix this so it can finally run normally? 😭 It was working just fine before the whole reset.

For reference the laptop model is Acer Swift 3 and running on Windows 10. The 4th - 7th photos onward were during the process of the reset BEFORE the “Acer - Preparing" loop happens.
