Robert Eggers

Anyone get heavy BOTNS vibes watching the trailer for Werewulf? Reflecting on this i realized that literally every Eggers film has extremely Wolfe vibes. Right now he's the only director i can imagine tackling Wolfe/BOTNS and if it never happens i will cry.

*postscript* i used to think Aronofsky would be a good fit for a BOTNS adaptation in that sweet spot between The Fountain and Noah bht i've soured on him considerably in the back half of his career. Is there *anyone* else?

Represent the Browns For Charity

Tom Grossi is in Cleveland today for his St. Jude fundraiser stadium tour.

Teams are getting ranked by how much money they raise and rn CLE is at 31, just ahead of the lowly Raiders.

I know there's a lot of big hearted Dawgs out there, so if you want to donate a few bucks to kids cancer research and rep CLE today would be a good day to do it. I put in 23 bucks myself for 23 sacks.

Are All Constant Readers Watching Widow's Bay?

I feel like this doesn't need any more word of mouth help to escape the black hole that is Apple+. But everyone is watching this thing right?

I honestly feel like this is one of the best valentine's to Stephen King written in the last twenty five years. The details and texture of the jokes are so loving, it really does capture the vibe of King's work so well, how it threads the needle between parody and real thing needs to be studied. I hope the man himself gives it a watch.
