I’m looking to get the door inside my garage that goes into my house replaced. Any suggestions on a local company in the area of Cherry Hill?

I’m looking for a treadmill that I will use 3-5 days a week and run between 2-5 miles and sprints. I don’t want any screens, apps, video tours etc. Just something to show me my distance, speed and incline. What is the cheapest treadmill I can get that will work for me?

I’m about 195 lbs and run between 6 to 9 mph. Maybe around 10mph if I’m pushing my sprints

I got a Klein Moisture Meter ET140 to check for moisture from roof leaks in my ceiling. I get random readings throughout my house from 9 to 21 percent. None of the spots feel wet or damaged. At what point should I be concerned and investigate more?
