Currently working as a UM VA in a certain company pero on training pa lng. However, I find the workload quite heavy and pressured na rin sa increasing Quota na ni rerequire nila. At first I was quite motivated to keep going and push myself to improve my performance, though as time goes by, parang naka autopilot na lng ako sa pressure. This is my first VA job and sobrang nag adjust ako sa workflow, sleep pattern and sa pag pressure ng utak ko napaganahin every night to review the cases. Preceptors aren’t helping as well, their job is to check if tama nga yung pag review nmin pero binabalik niya yung cases leaving you to analyze san ka nag kamali without proper corrections. Early on, I felt burn out na kahit anong relax sa weekend hindi na effective to keep my mind off sa trabaho.
My friend used to be a Medical records reviewer and suggested this job, as the workflow is not that heavy compared sa work ko ngayon. Do you have any recommendations na WFH VA with this work position? Or any other position na keri yung work process?

Hello po, Ask lng po sana baka meron kayong ma suggest na hiring as clinic nurse in Taguig, Makati or Pasay. Currently working as VA and mukhang hindi na kaya ng katawan ko yung sunod2 na night and is looking for a daytime work. More than 2 Years Med surg experience.
