Has anyone seen, or better yet tested this custom deck from the fan decks? It's highly rated and looks like it would be a lot of fun!!

I feel like One Piece has gotten really popular again (if it ever wasn't). I looked on the custom deck site and found a cool Zoro, a decent Sanji, and a meh Luffy. I would add the links to these but I don't want to violate a rule and have my post removed for whatever reason.
I'd really like to see either the other crew members on the custom site or an official box.
If any of you skilled deck makers out there want to take good 'ol Jolly Rodger try... I'd love to see the rest of the crew.

I'm theory crafting a character and my DM is considering play testing this idea until we know for sure, but I want the community's input.
I want to play an arcane trickster rogue that will rely mostly on my cantrips for the way I'm flavoring the character.
The question is. Would you as a DM allow sneak attack to be used on cantrips? Rules as written state that "when you make a weapon attack"
I've already determined that applying it to leveled spells would be too much...but a cantrip.. that's not too bad right?
At higher levels when both cantrip and SA die scale up is what we are concerned about mostly.
This seems a little broken, but also.. rules as written.
Buddy was playing Cats and played Fox Domination.
Between me (vagabond), the WA, and birds we were able to stop for one round. Then I pull what I think is the holy Grail of a card to stop this "Favor of the Foxes".
It gets to my turn and the cats have darn near their whole army huddled in the different fox clearings, I craft my card, wipe their buildings off the board along with their soldiers, score my VPs. Then he discards 1 Fox card to bring ALL of the cats back to the keep.
So here lies the question. Does 1 fox card discarded work for all of the soldiers even though they were removed from different fox clearings on the board?
Should he have had to lay 1 Fox card for each clearing?
This is a long shot and feels kind of pathetic asking, but does anyone feel gracious enough to provide me access to their campaign with available books to build a character in?
I don't really know how this works..
