Buyer says they cannot find their package. USPS says delivered, what is best way to resolve for all to be happy?

So I’ve been selling on ebay about 6 years, don’t sell a ton but have sold a little over 100 items. Always package my items with care and always try and do my due diligence to make sure the buyer is happy and have 100% positive feedback.

I shipped this particular item May 6, item was delivered May 11 according to the USPS tracking. Yesterday without even reaching out to me to establish a line of communication the buyer filed a INR a requested a full refund. What can (or should) I do? I’ve had a lost mail issue before where the item got lost in the mail and was never delivered and refunded the buyer and the post office refunded me after I filed the claim. With this stating through the tracking that it was delivered what can be done to keep the customer happy but also not be responsible for refunding the money back directly from me? If the item was truly delivered to the wrong address or something else Will eBay step in and refund themselves? From what I’ve read updating the shipping is the best route to go to confirm delivery. Should I communicate with the buyer and tell them to reach out to the post office? First time I’ve had this happen so don’t want to get bad feedback on my account or to take a financial loss on the item. I have read you can get strikes on your account for these type of things. Thanks for any advice
