My latest completion and one of my proudest. I played through the game once on PC years ago, and when I saw new DLC had just released, I decided it was time I returned to the ancient, rumor-shadowed manor.

Has anyone else here played or mastered the Mega Man X games, or is planning on doing them?

The sets were mostly not too bad, but with each game having a really tough achievement or two. Beating the games with no Heart Containers, Armor, or Sub-Tanks probably took years off my life lol. I ended up taking a long break to recover after the first three games before taking on X4.

Sacred Stones was one of my favorite childhood games, so I wanted to master all three of the GBA Fire Emblems. I'd never played The Binding Blade or Blazing Blade, but damn were they much more difficult than Sacred Stones was. I had no idea how much suffering I was in for. I still absolutely loved these games though.

Anyone else here a Fire Emblem fan?

Might be an unpopular opinion, but after a certain point I mostly finished this game out of spite rather than enjoyment lol.

I had Steel Soul deaths twice during >!Lace 2, !<once during >!the High Halls gauntlet while trying to rush back to Lace 2, !<and one absolutely tragic death while >!grinding for beads just before starting Act 3 while not paying close enough attention, !<which set me back 11 hours. Almost gave up after that one.

But it's finally done... until DLC comes out.

The Legacy of Goku games, Fire Emblem 8, Mega Man X and X2, Metroid and Metroid II, Ninja Gaiden, and all of the Gen 1-3 Pokemon games.

Anyone have any suggestions for future games? I think I need a break from the more difficult sets for a while though. X2 did a number on me.

I usually don't play games that require skill or quick reflexes, but this legendary game has been calling out to me for a while. I've rarely ever had a game beat my ass like this one did.
