I gave money to my close friend on a trust basis but it's been more than 2 years but he didn't return my money. Now he is not picking up my phone and he changed his location as well. Is there any other way to find out the location or get back my money

I gave money to my close friend on a trust basis, but it's been more than 2 years, but he didn't return back. Now for the recent few months he moved to different locations and he is not picking the call. I don't have any idea where he is staying and what he is doing. Is there any way to find his location or what I can do now. Someone please help me.
