Solution for wireless CarPlay cutting out? (2021 Elantra N-Line)

I’ve been having what seems to be a common issue of my wireless CarPlay cutting out in certain parts of town in my 2021 N-Line.

It doesn’t really cut out in my neighborhood, but whenever I go into town (which is when I need my map the most) it cuts in and out and is often broken in some way until I restart the car.

It seems like the consensus is that this happens because of radio interference, and so much of what I’ve found has been people saying “you just have to put up with it”

I’ve tried restarting the infotainment system, I’ve messed with some connection settings on my phone, nothing’s worked yet.

Who else has had this problem, and what solutions have you found??

Thank you!

Looking for my first "fun" car - Elantra N-line or Mazda 3 Hatch

There's really two cars I'm seriously considering right now, both preowned ~2021 and around 20-25k.

  1. Hyunda Elantra N-line (manual)
  2. Mazda 3 Hatch (Manual)

Right now I'm kind of considering two paths, either getting the N-line now and later graduating to the Mazda 3 Turbo (AWD, auto)

or

Getting the Mazda 3 Manual right now and probably never getting the turbo.

Right now I'm leaning towards the N-line because of it's lower price and higher HP, but really what I'm looking for is a car that I'm going to be excited to drive every day. Am I going to get that, or am I going to get tired and wish I had gone for the slower, but more refined Mazda 3?

If anyone has owned both of these cars I'd love to hear what you think. If it counts for anything, I'm coming from an 09 Prius and this will be my first manual and my first car where "fun" is a consideration. Thanks for any advice :-)

Any good way to search used car listings from the past 90 days?

I’m looking for a very specific trim on the car I want (Mazda 3 turbo hatchback, red leather interior, polymetal grey exterior) and I want to see how often they pop up in my area

AutoTempest is great for looking at what’s listed *now* but I was hoping there was a way to aggregate listings that are no longer available.

any advice is appreciated :)

UPDATE:

Turns out AutoTempest has a price trends view and it's exactly what I was looking for. You have to specifically search in the price trends section, you cant search normally and then look at price trends. Still though, solves my problem!
