Actually I have HP victus

Specifications: -

Amd RYZEN 7 7445 HS

RTX 3050 6GB VRAM

In short I have a basic level gaming laptop

I have purchased this 1.5 years before and from then I have cleaned its fan for just 1 time(by myself) and back then when I used to play games it used to sound like a jet and now when i am playing detroit became human it sounds nothing and the cpu temp goes to 93 degree Celsius. So please suggest to me what to do with it

And should I clean it by myself or go to an engineer
