Mainly looking for a good church that has younger adults and not a lot of the older crowd like I've been seeing and hearing. I'm talking 20s to 30s. We have a lot of churches here, so I know there is probably some solid options
Another day, another session of 7 matches in a row where someone is only winning most of their matches because of highly beneficial characters where they can recovery spam me and has enough experience to not get caught.
Only reason im even losing is cuz I don't have any characters on my team to counter them easily and literally no counters. Idk if people think they are good for playing this way but if you are getting destroyed and you start doing that every chance you get and its only working because of imbalanced matchups in 1v1 then ur not really that good. Ur just another toxic player shrinking the playerbase and is too afraid of the other person playing the game then ur not actually that good. You're supplementing skill with exploits. Especially if ur doing that with BRS, Xialing, Reki, etc
I didnt realize until like yesterday that the new movie was out this week and since I havent been to the theaters in a while I thought I might as well see if there are any groups going to it in the area to join up with? It's always fun seeing pop culture/anime/horror movies with groups especially when they are new.
I'm a 30y guy and looking for things to do. Im still fresh to the area and havent gotten out much but long enough to want to get out. I don't really want to go to Nashville to do things. I know there has got to be things younger people do or go to in this town. I know there is plenty for older people (40yr+) events but Im not there yet nor do I look anywhere near that old. I want to meet people and find what goes on here and find dates and so on...
In terms of things like if it helps I'm not that picky. Movies, art, games, animation, working out, and more recently in to F1 and soccer.
Okay so ive been playing this game since the console release. Its a fun game and in the past month or 2 ive been doing 1v1 ranked. I like to think im pretty good at the game but my rank sits me around the low 6K which im fine with. The issue is the match making. The pool of players is too small at any given time and too many play the same. I pride myself on trying to play fair and not rush someones recovery, overly zone, exploiting camera angles overly or run away. I also rarely swap out during matches but thats more out of preference.
I like to try the various characters in the game and try to get used to them in rank but it gets very annoying when I'm repeatedly running into everyone just using Reki, titania, Xiaoling, Valkia, Pallas, BRS, Deadmaster and so on and will exploit aspects of the game or character that should have really been balanced out by now. It wouldnt be so bad if so many in these upper ranks are running these teams and also whaling. So many of these characters are significantly more BS when at full dupes vs others . Idc if you like Reki, yes she's cool, if you are full duping her to use in 1v1 ranked ur an asshole along with a few other characters.
Ive never posted about this game before but today I had a match with someone 3 times in a row who is using full BRS, VoidSaber, Reki, and a +2 Titania. Now ignoring everything else I said you know how they won? Via timeout. Every single time. I've run into a lot of runners but never someone who this badly wanted to win on running out time. Whenever I even happened to touch them and got a character low they would swap so even if we were damage wise even, they would have more characters left and get the win. Could have ha 3 matches in the time to fight this guy 1 time and I fought him 3 times.
My team was Akigumo, Cammy, Kaze, Shadow. He banned Shadow every time so honestly the only reason I even got close to beating him a couple times was cuz of Cammy, and I can say while my current team has some strong areas, its definitely way hard to use correctly than what he's running and does not have more options and yet he's running the whole time.
The queue for this game is small and I think its the sweats doing this thats probably a big cause of this.
