I had been calling and emailing them about my order. Not getting any updates or tracking number. Just the run around. Their customer service is horrendous. Promise of call backs. Of looking into the delays. Radio silence. This is not how to do or keep business. If they can’t fulfill my rs at BPI, then move on to the next place that can. They sure had no issues taking my money
Ok. Second time around pomegranate. Hit some roadblocks that kind of pissed me off.
So my follow up appointment was asynchronous. Which I guess I forgot to remember. I sent to emails about it and it took days to follow up. It too mention this was on the 2 nd. Still haven’t received my product. I called yesterday as there has been radio silence. Was told they will escalate. No text, email or anything with confirmation. Called again today. Was told it was escalated. But they are waiting to hear about the status from pharmacy. Um. What part of escalate is not happening. I’ve been doing this for 2 years. This is not a good look.

So I have hit my 2 year anniversary on compound. Lost a total of 50 lbs. my question is maintaining this loss. I have just put back 5lbs. I realize that I need to really look at my eating. While I still eat smaller meals, I really have to eat now to lose. Any suggestions?
