I’m honestly done with Logitech.

My Logitech G304 mouse completely died after just one year of use. During the first year, I started having scroll wheel issues. Strangely, the problem fixed itself after a while, but then it came back again a couple of months later. I cleaned the scroll wheel with some isopropyl alcohol, and it started working again.

Now, after one year, the mouse is completely dead. It won't turn on at all. I've tried everything I could think of checked the battery, cables, and even cleaned the motherboard with isopropyl alcohol but nothing worked.

Before my warranty expired, I contacted Logitech support about the scroll wheel issue. They told me there was no service center in my city and that I would have to travel to Pune. The funny part is that the cost of traveling to Pune is almost the same as buying a new mouse. They also didn't offer any courier or mail-in service, so there was basically no practical way to claim the warranty.

I'm really disappointed with Logitech. Meanwhile, my cheap Chinese Ant Esports mouse has been working perfectly for over three years without any issues.

At this point, I've honestly lost trust in these big brands. What's the point of paying a premium if the product doesn't last and the warranty is practically unusable?
