Minimum 1hr each time.

No exceptions.

Stole this idea from a post by someone who did 40k steps on their 35th birthday and someone asked if they did that number because they turned 40.

Gave me the idea for a challenge: Walk the number of steps xk that you are old on each birthday. Probably not so bad when you turn 18. Less good when you turn 81.

There's probably a point at which doing it likely ensures you won't reach the next birthday and saves you having to do it +1k then.
