NABARD Grade A - confused about which reports, indices and institutions to cover

I watched a CGB Mentors video where they mentioned a very long list, but there wasn’t much clarity on what is actually important from the exam point of view and how much to cover from it.

If anyone has a concise, exam oriented list of important reports, indices and institutions to prepare, could you please share it? It would be really helpful.

RBI Grade B phase 1 scorecard - 1st attempt

I left my job in December and started preparing for the RBI Grade B examination in January. Going into the preparation, I believed that the notification would follow the usual timeline and the exam would be conducted around October or November. However, the notification was released much earlier, in April, leaving me with far less time than I had expected.

To be honest, I had not utilized the initial months as well as I should have. The sudden announcement came as a shock, and despite not feeling fully prepared, I decided to appear for the exam because I had already taken a career break for it.

In the exam, the first three sections went quite well, but then came Reasoning. I got stuck in the puzzle sets. I could not solve the first one, struggled with the second, and lost valuable time on the third. In those final moments, panic set in and I knew that the exam had slipped away from me.

When I reached home, I told my sister that I would clear every sectional cut-off except Reasoning. And that is exactly what happened. The Reasoning cut-off for my category was 22.75 marks, while I scored 11.25. Missing the cut-off hurt, especially after doing well in the other sections. Just because of losing of losing the temperament in the last minutes, I missed everything. I did really well in almost all the mocks scoring around 40% in each section, but messed it up in the exam.

Anyways, the journey continues. Looking forward to your valuable advice.
