I have been suffering with porn for 3 years straight and its ruining me . I was suicidal , depressed and anxious but as a last resort yesterday I made a post in r/NoFap community . I was thankful that I got some help . I am now less suicidal but still depressed I'm Grateful for mod's invitation and hope to get some help from this community , to escape this hell

I have been addicted to porn for now about 3 years . Now , I need urgent help from you. I am having bad dreams , Frustration every now and then. My dopamine baseline has gone well below the abyss. I am getting too frustrated and I can't communicate to anybody about this , [Due to norms and barriers]. So , I seek guidance here. The following is my current condition....

1. Getting very angry and frustrated
2. High brain fog
3. Low Concentration
4. high cortisol and insomnia
5. No Energy or excitement
6. Hyper depressed and not able to communicate
7. Suicidal

Please help me . I had been trying for 2 years and can't escape….. I can't feel my life and feels like it keeps slipping away.
