Can someone go from POTS to both POTS and OH

Previously I did not have issue with my blood pressure but right now I get many Hypotensive episodes.I know it’s not possible to have Both but What even is this then?

My previous AFT report said:-

Moderate loss of Parasympathetic reactivity & Severe loss of Autonomic tone.

Normal sympathetic reactivity

Orthostatic hypotension not present.

My new AFT report which I got today says

Orthostatic hypotension detected.

Severe loss of baroreflex dependent sympathetic reactivity and cardiac autonomic tone.

If talking about Vitals,I get hypotensive and tachycardic both at the same time I’m so confused

I was advised to go through AFT(Autonomic Function Test) again and apart from the regular tests I can see few more,Which ones should I get?
I have Temperature Intolerance,Periodic Hypotensive episodes,Dizziness,Lightheadedness and brain confusion etc etc

I can see
SSR (Skin Sympathetic Response)
BRS(Baroreflex sensitivity)
Vascular Function
Vagal Tone
Cerebral Blood Flow Transcranial Doppler
Cold Face Test
EGG(Electrogastrography)

It would be a great help to know which ones are useful

Hello! So apart from routine autonomic tests,Which of these tests would be useful in symptoms like Brain confusion,Dizziness, periodic hypotensive episodes and basically POTS related?

I was thinking for SSR(for sure) because I have temperature intolerance and get burning episodes in intervals and EGG won’t be needed because I don’t have any GI dysfunction anymore,I was thinking for other than SSR to get Vascular function,BRS,and Cerebral test done? To see BP fluctuations and Cerebral hypoperfusion? What do you guys suggest?
