Is this outfit acceptable for the clubs in Ibiza?

My (26F)friends and I will be coming over to Ibiza in a little more than a week and I’m super excited! I bought this outfit last minute and wanted to know if you guys think it will be allowed in Hi, UNVRS, etc. or will they think it’s swim wear and not allow it?

Anyone in Ibiza August 26-Sep 1st?

We’re 3 girls coming to Ibiza during these dates! I’m 26F (Chinese and Mexican American from California), my other friend is 23F (Cuban American from Las Vegas) and our other friend is 30F (British from London)!

We’re looking for fun groups of girls or guys to meet up with while we’re there to go out to some of the clubs! We want to see John summit, hugel, Bresh, etc.

Would also be fun to get a group of people together and maybe charter a yacht.

Hit me up if you will be there during this time!

Dealing with jealous female coworkers at work

I, 26F, started a new job a couple months ago. I always dress very professional at work and put effort into my appearance. Ever since I started the women on my team at work have made several passive aggressive comments to me for no reasons, gave me dirty looks, tried to blame for things that are the fault of someone else and have otherwise been very nasty to me.

We had one company gathering with 600 employees and I was speaking to a group from another team who came over and introduced themselves (guys and girls) and they got really mad and said I should only talk to our team at company events because it makes it look like I don’t support the team if I talk to other employees. They also told me not to talk to male employees because I’m too attractive and it gives them the wrong idea. They then said “remember we hired you based on experience”. Even though we were at a company event at 12 am and what they were talking about had nothing to do with the job responsibilities or my performance in the job. They said they had a girl on the team before who got nicknamed a flirt or something before and they didn’t want the same thing to happen to me. Even though I never did anything to make it seem like that would be an issue with me.

Another company event was formal and I dressed up in a semi formal dress. I was dressed less fancy and less revealing than some other women. And they all got really mad when other people complimented me and said nice dress.

They try to throw me under the bus for things that are the fault of other employees. One time, another employee forgot to order a table and chairs for our booth at a tech conference. I called that employee right away and asked if she had placed the order she apologized and said no. So I went to find the conference organizer who brought a table and chairs over. They then yelled at me the next day and said oh why did you even call her in the first place, you should’ve dealt with the issue on your own. I said “I did deal with the issues but wanted to call her to confirm if she really didn’t place the order”. They then replied and said yeah you really need to ask yourself if this job is for you. Which made no sense.

I absolutely hate it! I’m just trying to work and make an income. I only accepted this job because I got laid off from my other company and it wasn’t my first choice but I had to make money. They’re literally paying us less than the average for my city too. Why do they feel the need to create high school drama. Anyway back to the job search I go.

Met Scott Kirby, the CEO on my flight today

Was flying from DFW to SFO today and went to the United club before the flight. Noticed a couple and their nanny with 4 young kids. Then all the employees went up to shake the guys hand. I then recognized that it was the CEO which was crazy.

At the gate, all the airport staff came to welcome him and his family on the flight and they were the first to board. The whole family of course was sitting up front in first.

On board, I was lining up for the bathroom and noticed him talking to the flight attendants. I asked him if his name was Scott, he said yes and we talked for a little bit. I’m a gold member and also have multiple family members work for the airline and he said thank you for your business, we really appreciate it. For all the mixed reviews/ criticism he gets he actually seemed like a really nice and chill guy and he took time to talk to every staff member and shake their hands. He even waved to me at the baggage claim carousel after the flight.

On a side note I wish I had asked him if I could get 1k status lol but now I know why the food was so good in the lounge today, the flight had no delays, the bags came out right away, and the staff were super nice haha

Amazing first class experience for only $186

Had such a great flight today. Had to go to Nashville for work and I flew back today BNA to SFO. I went out last night and I was kinda hungover and I was so relieved I chose to upgrade a few days before the flight when I saw it was only $186. The flight left on time with no delays. The plane had the new United First seats and not the old ones. The flight attendant was super nice and attentive. I couldn’t resist having a glass of champagne despite being hungover lol. I had a delicious meal of Peruvian chicken over beans and rice that honestly was one of the best meals I had on a plane ever. Still can’t believe it was only $186 for this experience!!
