As you can tell from the title, this franchise is scam. They are greedy greedy people. I worked for the one on Ellesmere and McCowan and I need justice to prevail.

1. The menu is expensive and you are not getting what you paid for. They charge more for less. This specific restaurant advertises 5 oz patties but in reality it's 4 oz for dine in customers and 3 oz for those who order online. ALSO this particular restaurant also buys everything CHEAP. cheap fries, cheap meat, cheap cheap cheap.
2. There are several health code violations.
3. The owner is greedy asf and the franchise doesn't even care how many laws she breaks. She underpays workers and always ALWAYS pays late. She owes the manager around 14k in wages. She begs workers to switch to under the table cash so she can ignore taxes and exploit. It is 1 person per shift, running the whole restaurant. When she comes in to drop off food, she assumes the master and slave mindset. HORRIBLE WOMAN HORRIBLE. I have been degraded in-front of customers when I asked for a little help during rush hour, there was a full house plus orders from online AND JUST ONE OF ME.

3 people have already filed complaints with ministry of labor but nothing is being done.
