Ex 36 f hot and cold behavior 38 m torwards me how to deal with it.
Me 37m has my ex 36f who broke up with me 2 months ago.. since shes been hot ans cold is messing around wirh someone else that wont commit to her then last month ex low efforts me hardly communicates she knows i wont reply to low effort oh ok.. yet when it feels like shes loosing me she starts to be warm or act then she hangs out wirh me flirts wants affection a few occasions we did hook up the. After she messaged with idk why this keeps happening.. last bit of silence she found out I was in the hospital asked my best friend if he knew what was going on.. she became warm again messaged me more effort messages.. when I got out she initiated a hangout which lead to hanging again the next day that time we hooked up she said alot of things.. then after thanking her for her care about me being in the hospital and hanging out she says she got home and idk why this keeps happening. Then went back to low effort except to let her know about my test results I did two days go by ans out of nowhere texts me telli g me she cant see me on my actual birthday as she has pull a double.. now back to no contact and her still viewing my snaps.. what is this behavior we agreed to basically friends with benefits yet I told her I aint Goin to do low effort texts.. to which shes telling my friend I blocked her or ignoring her when that aint true.. how do I navigate this I need to get clarity..
