Consulted a dermat for the first time

20(M)
Recently I developed several tiny bumps which soon transformed into red pimples,After thinking for a long time, today I finally consulted a dermatologist, she asked me few basics questions, examined my skin for a min,and gave me two tablets, out of which one is isotretinoin 20 mg and to take it everyday for a month and then consult her again,She also prescribed me a face wash and moisturiser+sunscreen (below are the images)
I need a review of this products if anyone has used them.

I was getting tiny bumps on my face since last month,i started using 2% salicylic acid serum,it’s been couple of weeks i’ve been using it.Is this purging phase? Or something else?

I’ve such pimple all over my face.

My current Routine

AM

Washing my face with just cold water

Deconstruct sunscreen

PM

2% salicylic acid cleanser

2% salicylic acid serum(3X/week)

reequil oil free moisture

What should i avoid? Or add in my routine????

This is my current skin condition,I’ve oily acne prone skin,I’ve been getting such bumps/pimples since last month,My current routine includes.

AM

CETAPHIL GENTLE CLEANESER OR JUST WATER

REEQUIL OIL FREE MATT MOISTURISER

DECONSTRUCT OILFREE SUNSCREEN

PM

2% SALICYLIC ACID CLEANSER

2% SALICY ACID SERUM (3X WEEK)

Its been 2 weeks i’ve been following this routine but i see no difference in my skin.So after some research i found Adaplene might help my condition, but its proscription recommended cream.I’m afraid of using it,should i go for it?

And how i should add it in my current routine?
