I need help in deciding how many unis I should be applying

Okay so I’ve narrowed my list down to 10 unis but I want to cut them down further because most of them are my safety schools but my college is forcing us to apply to 10 minimum. I’m scared because my priority is IBA as then I’ll be able to stay in Karachi and I won’t have to shift cities so my brother can be taken care of and receive the help he needs so I really want to get in and I’m prepping for the IBA entrance test but because I have to apply to a lot of filler unis I’m
Scared I won’t do well on the IBA entry test and I’ll get burnt out by giving the entrance tests for these multiple different universities. Not only that but advice from my friends is very mix and match. I know SAT can be helpful but for IBA you need a really high score which I can’t achieve in just two months of prep for the SAT but for the other unis I’m applying to who do take SAT I only need to score 1100 to be exempt. My problem is I’m scared I won’t score that and then it’s just going to be a waste of my parents money and idk what to do since my brother has a lot of medical needs so I really don’t want to put an unnecessary burden on my parents. Should I just take the risk and give the SAT and pray I do well enough or should I give it my all for the IBA entrance test instead because I have a decent chance of getting in? If I take the SAT I’m scared I’ll get burnt out and then perform poorly for my A2 which I can’t risk. IM SO SORRY THIS POST IS SO LOMG I REALLY DOMT WANT TO BE BOTHERSOME MAN GENUINELY IM REALLY SKRRY IF IVE ANNOYED ANYONE WITH THIS AND MY OTHER POSTS OMG😭😭😭

How important is the SAT?

How important is the SAT exam for IBA admission? My friend is telling me that I must give the SAT if I want to get into any university in pakistan let alone IBA but I can't afford to give the exam. Can I still get in through the iba entrance test alone?

How do I study

When should I start studying for the IBA entry test, and how should I prepare for it if I plan to do self-study and then a month of tuition? I'm planning to apply for the BBA program, and I want to know how hard the maths portion is as I'm quite weak

Do you need to have a lot of ECAs to get into iba?

I want to know if I should apply to IBA because I don't have many ECAs at all tbh and my grades are pretty avg (mostly Bs and As) so I'm really scared I may not get in and I really don't want to disappoint my parents but idk if I'm good enough for IBA at all

How important are ECAs when applying for uni

I'm entering my second year of A2 and my college wants us to fill out a brag sheet about ourselves that they can give to unis. The thing is I haven't done anything at all. I get decentish grades (Mostly Cs, Bs and As) but I'm not very good at sports due to health conditions nor am I insanely smart. Because of my poor health I'm not really able to take part in a lot of events like community service and volunteer work and I mostly have to rest at home to recover so I don't stay out much. I'm worried that I won't get into a good university because of this and I don't want to burden my parents further. I want to know how important ecas are and to see if I can do anything before applying to uni so I'm not completely useless. Are there any online courses I could take right now?
