I've always wanted Orisa to have a clean skin in the Medieval / Tabletop RPG theme.

My favorite piece of the concept is the halberd energy javelin. I think it works really well with her "Javelin Spin" ability, where the blade would rotate outward.

For the "Fusion Driver" shape, I first thought of a complex crossbow because I liked the idea of shooting arrows, but I think an ancient volley gun is much more likely to be implemented by the devs.

The most challenging part of the concept was thinking about how to stay true to her charming "Shutter Eyes". You have to use a bit of imagination, but I think inset eye slits on the helm would work really well! (Thank God for the Skyrim mask model for visualization)

I'm not completely happy with the proposed color scheme, but wanted to put something for that. So many of her skins lean "Cute" or "Demonic", so I thought a heroic blue and silver color scheme would stand out from her others.

Obviously, my illustration skills are subpar, so if someone wants to draw this out and refine the concept, they are welcome!

I recently re-encountered the mystery of the "Ancient Roman Dodecahedrons". If you aren't familiar, they are apparently found all over Roman ruins and there is no documentation of their use. Some believe they were a tool for knitting, but it is unconfirmed.

Obviously, the inspiration I had is pretty direct because they are so similar to Sigma's hyperspheres. I thought the mystery of their origin fit Sigma's mysterious vibe. Then, fleshed out the connection of the cosmos and regal presentation to Sigma as well.

This led me down the rabbit hole of random connections between ancient Rome and Sigma's style, hence the boulder-carrying sprays and rock ruin shapes for the Accretion. You've got to envision the pieces fitting together into the typical boulder shape.

As you've likely picked up, my illustration skills are subpar, so I grabbed images online to visualize the concept (last time I used AI for a concept, I got flammed in the comments lol, I've learned my lesson).

If someone is an illustrator, feel free to take this concept and refine it. It would likely benefit from some stronger Astronomer connections, like tools around his chest.

The devs really shoot themselves in the foot with their color clocking obsession and feeling that legendaries need to be loud and bright colored. Here was my thought process for choosing skins to recolor. (Outside community input from a recent post)

1. The shape of the skin has to have some potential
2. There cant be an already decent recolor of the skin
3. Changes must be possible with simplicity (My photoshop skills are limited)
4. I had to be able to find decent images online without much background to work around.

The Biological / Augment Tier List

This categorizes everyone from 100% organic flesh to full machine. I placed some characters at the end of their row if there is much debate or unconfirmed information on their lore.

• Hanzo / Kiriko - Both use "Anima" the spiritual-technology weapons forged by Kiriko’s father, Toshiro Yamagami. I chose to put them in "Minimal Tech" due to the simple nature of the weapon styles leaning on spirituality vs complexity.
  • (Hanzo's legs are organic but very scrawny lol)
• Sierra - There is much debate on whether she inherited her mother's (Soldier 00) genetic enhancements or not. Some people in my previous post did the math based off her age to determine she was born before her mother was enhanced making her organic.
• Mizuki - His arm has a ball joint making him an amputee, despite it not being confirmed in the lore. (He also uses **"**Anima" spiritual-tech as a side note)
• Roadhog - Has severe radiation giving him gigantism which is why he huffs "hogdrogen", making him internally altered.
• Winston / Hammond - Both use Exo-Suits but since their actual baseline biology was genetically altered at Horizon, they sit in "Genetically Altered".
• Emre - The AI; Chernobog has full control over his body even though there is no confirmation on what specific parts of his anatomy are altered.

Feel free to discuss if you think anything should be altered and I'll make a follow up post with corrections if people chime in with valid info!

• A few logic notes: Symmetra and Torb are placed in the Single Amputee tier because both canonically lost those arms (Torb swaps his out for the engineering claw, but the arm is a prosthetic).
• Winston and Hammond both use Exosuits but since their actual baseline biology was genetically altered at Horizon, they sit in Tier 3.
• Lifeweaver and Wuyang stay in Tier 1 because things like a tech gauntlet/sleeve count as personal localized gear, not a full-body exosuit like Reinhardt or Brigitte (who uses a motorized exoskeleton frame).

For the characters with specific body parts fully replaced or augmented, I mapped out the exact anatomical locations on a silhouette. (Pardon the watermark)

• Before anyone asks about Ana: she is missing an eye, but she explicitly refused a prosthetic replacement from Mercy, so she has zero cybernetic integrations and isn't on the map.
• I didn't add the "Full Body Cybernetics" to this to save space.
