Experienced Analyst - advices on next (and probably life-changing) move.

Hi everyone, an experienced Data Analyst here, living in Chennai. I’ve about 3 years of exp in Analytics, and 3 more years in Operations. I currently work for one of the WITCHes under an Australian Banking project.
My current pay is about ₹7LPA, which is absolutely an underpay for my level of experience and role.
I wouldn’t say my work is hectic, or my manager is abusive. I’ve got a good balance of work-life going on here so far. I just hit my 2-year mark at my current org.
Now what I’m missing here is that, I’m not being exposed to the proper analytical work, what we (me and my other team member from Mumbai) do here is simple reporting work along with some dashboarding and handling ad-hoc data requests.
We use SQL, SAS, Power BI and a bit of Python (unless absolutely necessary) to do our work. Along with this, I believe that I’m not earning enough given my family situation where it’s just me and my wife earning and supporting our families. Now we are also expecting in the month of January, 2027. As much as we’re excited, we also are nervous on how we would look after the expenditures for the baby.
My request here is, would anyone advise me on how I can effectively improve my financial situation without risking too much? I’m planning to drop papers in October so that I can start being available from January (which allegedly is a good time of the year for hiring). I have been constantly applying for the past 4 months with no luck of landing an offer, mostly because of my 90-day notice period. This motivated me to drop papers and then look for opportunities for a better chance.
I’m open to any suggestions at all. Thanks!

Need your advices, peeps! Response to resignation acceptance proof.

I’ve been working at TEE CEE YES for the past 2 years. I’m trying to switch paths, and this 90-day NP thing has been completely shattering all my chances of landing an offer. I was scrolling through here, and I found a post that suggested me to create a new Naukri profile with a different phone number, email, location and resume, and bring the notice period details down to 45 days from 90, and set my last working day as August 7.
I did just that yesterday, and guess what - I’ve already received 3 calls since this morning from 3 different companies for a chance to interview with them.
Now the problem - every one of them is asking for a screenshot or even a snap from my phone of the resignation acceptance email or anything of that matter which proves my resignation with the company. I’ve confirmed that I’ll send it once I get home, but I’m not quite sure how tho.
If ANYONE can help me with advices to tackle this situation, please please share your advices.
I’m pretty confident about myself that I can clear the interview if given a chance. I could even use it as a fallback and actually drop papers and then look for more opportunities until I get one.
Until then, I have this problem to deal with. Any idea - by hook or crook - is appreciated!

P.S. I only followed this path because of how absolutely dead the job market is right now, and after not getting any responses for my application from continuously applying for the past 3 months, and my company’s notice period policy was only making it even worse. Apart from this reason, I’m an honest human being and I never have had any intentions to make fool of anyone. So, please help me out, guys!

Experienced Data Analyst - looking for referral, ready to give 25% of first month salary.

Hello peeps!
I know I might sound a bit desperate here, but I think this might just be one of the ways to navigate this absolute madness of a job market. I’ve been trying to switch companies for a good chunk of the last couple of months, but guess what, it’s been nothing but dead silence everywhere.
To give you a brief introduction about myself, I’m a data analyst of 3 years relevant exp, and 6 years overall. I currently work with one of the WITCH companies, and thanks to their 90 days NP policy, it just adds more to the difficulty in my job search.
I consider myself to be good at analytics and with tools like SQL, SAS, Power BI and Python, and I’ve managed to own a bunch of automation for reporting, ETL and a few other workflows.
I know, the market has been at an all time low for sole time now, and the opportunities that I’ve come across and applied have been carefully reviewed by me where I would make sure to reword my resume every time I apply. I’ve made sure to have an ATS score of at least 90 for the applications I send out, and have already tried many other ways, but with no positive outcomes so far.
Now the reason for my switch would be the low pay that I’m being currently offered, plus I think I’m now ready to take up on a bit more responsibilities and ownership than I currently do.
I’ll be open - I’m happy to send you 25 percent of whatever I earn as my first salary in the new org after joining as a token of thanks.
Anyone whose companies are looking to fill an analytical role, please feel free to DM me, and I’d be happy to share my profile across.
