Home workout?
Im 25F. Extreme hectic schedule but im tired of looking this way now. Today i cried while working out at home. I was just following a YouTube gideo ‘beginner full body workout for women’ and i barely managed to finish 25 minutes.
Its raining cats n dogs here in navi mumbai so i cant join gym plus major reason is i dont feel very comfortable there..
For me i feel online program would be better? Like 1 on 1 online program. Including nutrition+workout.
Im still a student so..if someone can recommend something that wont burn a whole in my parents pocket it would be greattt
