Apartment Advice

Hey Guys,

Just signed a lease for The Pine @ 313 Pine Street. Didn’t think to look into it, as I haven’t had any issues in my current apartment. However, I’m noticing The Pine to have really bad reviews. Nothing has really broken down in my current apartment, so property management was more of an afterthought for me, however the reviews for the management company at The Pine is a bit jarring.

Any current or past residents have any good things to say about it to balance the bad reviews, or should I take it for what it’s worth? When I toured the building I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary or out if place regarding noise, smell, flooring or appliances.

Thanks guys!

Can you analyze my serve please?

Any tips on my service motion and form would be appreciated.

First serve is a flat service, the last two are kick serves.
