Is this product a scam?

Below is a link of a probiotic product:

Is this product a scam? If so, what's the best way of increasing the lactate consuming bacteria in your gut? I've realized this has been part of my dysbiosis by the fact that yogurt makes my whole body inflammed like I worked out really hard.

Please chime in and give your best recommendations.

Help me get to the bottom of this

Help me get to the bottom of this. 2 years ago I had a panick attack after eating an edible. Since then I've been cursed with panic attacks that come and go and sometimes can be absolutely crippling. Whether it's orgasming, eating something, getting high again, the panics just happen. My anxiety goes way up, my blood pressure goes up (systolic mostly, diastolic too though), my body gets SUPER cold, I sometimes shake, heart rate goes up or down.

Long story short, I figured out that it was either coming from my stomach or head, then later I got even more precise and realized that this whole thing is, and I shit you not... fucking gas. That's right. I've come to realize that since that edible I've lost awareness of trapped gas and my ability to burp, and I was also diagonosed with "mild chronic gastritis". Whether I'm laying down, drink a carbonated beverage, eat something, or orgasm, if I so much as straighten my posture get some water running through my throat and push some burps, my bp goes down and all symptoms become very manageable if not completely gone. Without exception whenever I have an onset of these panic symptoms I find immediate relief by either releasing gas or passing stool. Even the orgasm related panic attacks, they happen only when I'm bloated.

Is this slow gut motility, gastroparesis, or both? Tf is happening to me y'all. I feel like I'm getting very close to the bottom of all this.

4 Month Progress. Need some clarification

I'm happy about the LDL change, but tri went up. Should I be concerned? And why did it happen? I've been on a strict diet of chicken rice and fruits, with one cheat meal a week. Also HDL went down even though I've been doing more cardio?
