There are not many Polynesian results on this forum so thought I’d give it a go and share with you all :)
Overall very interesting results. It is believed that my people descended from Taiwan and settled in Samoa, and then our own voyagers spread across the entire Pacific Ocean.
I am surprised by the 2% Nigeria, but other than that everything else is expected.
Before yall come at my neck let me give you some context.
Met a guy on here who actually reached out to me first, we connected because of a post I made on another forum regarding my life struggles.
We talked and initially the conversation was going well. It was nice to talk to someone who understood what I was going through. Well our conversation quickly escalated when he asked for a picture, that immidiately switched me off. One thing I hate is when guys ask for a pic bcs due to past experiences it usually just leads to an uncomfortable situation.
I told him I was uncomfortable. He said that he understood, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case because he kept trying to change the focus of our conversations to him wanting to see a picture of me. Regretfully I sent a pic and ever since then he kept love bombing me and saying that I was 100% his type. It made me soo uncomfortable. I thought he would stop asking for pics after that but it just made it even worse.
Eventually I had enough and told him that I felt like he was pressuring me. He then tried to play it off and said that he just wanted to see who he was talking to and because he was into me. Mind you, I never once saw him as a potential love interest. He offered to be someone for me to vent to so I thought that was all it was. I ended up ghosting him because it felt like he tried to make it my fault for not trusting him. I just did not want to waste my energy responding to his excuses.
And to top it all off, it turns out he has a gf irl. So there’s that.

I ghosted a guy I was talking to a few days ago and it has been eating me alive (well well well, if it isn’t the consequences of my actions 🙃).
Long story short, we had a disagreement and when he sent his last text I decided to ghost him completely and not respond. I was just annoyed at the time and was not bothered to say anything back to him.
Since then I have been waiting and hoping that he would double text me but he hasn’t. And now every cell in my body is colliding with each other because I know that it was my fault for leaving him on read, but I have too much pride and at this point it would be too late to respond.
