Need advice on what to do

Picked this up at a show today. Slab was a little damaged so I got a great deal on it.

I want to submit the slab to PSA to see if I can get a 9. The other option is to just re-slab it with becket to fix the damage.

I have attached pics of the back. Any chance this 9’s at Psa? Even an 8 would have some upside. Thanks

  1. what service should I pick (if I should)
  2. should I consider card cleaning/repair?
  3. what grade ceiling could this get?
