I need advice
I was recently elected as my school's Panhellenic president, and one of my main goals is to boost student interest in joining. We have a small community with only three sororities, none of which have houses due to an old school rule. Not many people participate in rush, probably because I believe there’s little interest among students. I experienced a much bigger rush at PSU, so I’m seeking advice on several points:
- How to attract more students, especially freshmen
- Possibilities for obtaining sorority houses
- Ways to improve our social media presence
- Strategies to make rush more structured, since it’s very informal here
- General ideas to strengthen the Panhellenic community and experience
- Add more chapters to campus
