Hi, iam a new electrical engineering student, i was wondering what software will be needed for home use. Iam buying a new laptop and it uses Snapdragon which doesnt support most softwares like SolidWorks. So am I going to be fine should I buy a different laptop ?

Hello everyone, as the title says I missed my deferred exam. I submitted an axademic petition showing the reasons as to why I missed it and was approved for that and was withdrawn from the course. Later I receieve an email asking me to pay 75$ because I didnt attend. I thought they had no idea about the petition so I explained to them. I got a response saying that I should still pay because I missed it even though again my petition was accepted... how does this make any sense ?? Should i just suck it and pay ? or is there something that can be done because this makes absolutely no sense. Thank you
Hello everyone quick question, i bought blade keeper's hat off steam market, it included the blade dance kinetic gem, i tried it in full map demo, didnt work, i thpugh adding it to the sword would work, i tried that, also didnt work, the HUD changed and shows the blade keeper's blade dance but no effects, is that fine cz its demo ? or is there something wrong here ??
Edit: The fireborne odachi gem was ruining it !!!!! Iam so confused are they not supposed to work together normally ???
I always see russian streamers doing this, any idea how to get these effects ? It changes the trees and makes buildings look darker ? looks weird but interessting. thanks

So I need to submit a medical certificate that requires a physician's digital signature. I sent my physician the pdf, he filled it up and sent it back to me. The physician instead of using a digital signature, used a scanned signature image. My question is, is that still acceptable ?? I think it is but I just want to double check with other people's opinions.
